THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES WILL ASSIST WITH YOUR IMAGE SUBMISSION:
1. Images
- Use short image ID’s
- Images must be saved in Photoshop at quality 10 and uploaded in JPEG format.
- Images should not exceed more than 20MB in size as this might avoid uploading to the database.
- The print files should be suitable for at least a DIN A4 size. This corresponds to a minimum resolution of approximately 3000 pixels on the shorter side.
2. Keywording:
- Do not include personal data in your keywording.
- Add general information in caption field info such as model name, location and usage history.
- General keywording will be conducted by us.
3. Upload:
- You can upload images directly to our website onto your account using your login data.
- Visit www.blaublut-edition.com. Click Login at the top right corner.
- Scroll over public and select PRIVATE > then UPLOAD > BULK UPLOAD
- DO NOT select “Upload file in a new event”.

EDITING INFORMATION AFTER UPLOAD
After uploading images, you can edit a single image or multiple images in PRIVATE mode.
1. Single image editing:
- Mark the image you would like to edit, click the navicon icon and select CHANGE METADATA.
- Under KEYWORDS > APPLY TO select “this photo” or continue with the editing before SAVING & EXITING.
2. Multiple Image Editing:
- Mark the images you would like to edit, click the navicon icon, SELECT ALL, and select CHANGE METADATA.
- Under KEYWORDS > APPLY TO select “selected photos” and continue with the editing before SAVING & EXITING.
- If you want to make changes to certain images only, select “selected photos (copy only changes)”.
To view your published content, go to PUBLIC > CREATIVE or STREET STYLE COLLECTION, and use the filter "Photographers" on the left side of the webpage to select your name. We will promptly publish your images on our website.
